The perspective develops by placing passages about the world that then was, the sons of God before Earth’s foundations, and souls known before flesh life alongside the opening of Genesis. The purpose is to examine that chain rather than demand agreement from one isolated phrase. Where Scripture supports it: Job 38 places the sons of God at the Earth’s foundations. Ezekiel 28 describes a created guardian before his corruption. Revelation 12 depicts the dragon drawing a third of the stars, while 2 Peter 3 speaks of a former world that perished. Why it matters: The first age explains how God knew His children before birth, where Satan’s rebellion began, and why another age of individual choice became necessary.
