Working comparison · Catholic insider review invited
Catholic
This comparison is not an argument against Catholics or the families through whom Catholic faith is received. It begins with the Church’s own stated teaching, then identifies the points where Call My G follows a different Scriptural synthesis.

Who has authority to settle the meaning of a disputed Scripture trail?
Catholicism receives Scripture and Apostolic Tradition together and assigns authentic interpretation to the Church’s teaching office. Call My G respects historical testimony but holds every inherited conclusion open to examination against the cumulative written witnesses. That methodological difference governs preexistence, Genesis, purgatory, prophecy, and the Millennium.
The Call My G foundation
The foundation does not change with the audience.
Every comparison begins from the same declared convictions: the Bible is the controlling written witness; Jesus Christ is the Word made flesh, crucified, risen, and ascended; salvation is God’s gift through Christ; and His literal return follows the final counterfeit, sounds at the Seventh Trump, and opens the Millennium.
The wider three-earth-age framework is then presented as a cross-passage synthesis—not smuggled into the foundation as though one verse stated the whole picture.

Scripture, Tradition, and Magisterium
Catholic teaching
Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition form one entrusted deposit of faith, authentically interpreted by the bishops in communion with the pope.

No later authority can close a question the written witnesses reopen. Teachers serve the trail; they do not replace the reader’s duty to test it.

MARK 7:7-9, 13 - KJV 7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. 8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men... 9 ...Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition. 13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition... NOTE: Tradition is tested by whether it preserves or displaces God's word.
Origin of the soul
Catholic teaching
Every spiritual soul is created immediately by God; the person does not live a conscious personal existence before conception.
Sources behind this summary
Vatican Catechism — Body and soulLinked to verify the tradition’s own position, not as a Call My G teaching endorsement.Call My G reading
The individual soul existed with God before flesh and enters this age with identity but without conscious memory of the former rebellion.

JOB 38:4, 7 - KJV 4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding. 7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy? NOTE: Personal witnesses are present when Earth's foundations are laid. Identifying those sons and stars with God's children before flesh is the larger synthesis.
Adam and the creation accounts
Catholic teaching
Adam and Eve are the first parents of the human family; Genesis 2 supplies the personal account of humanity introduced in Genesis 1.
Sources behind this summary
Vatican Catechism — The FallLinked to verify the tradition’s own position, not as a Call My G teaching endorsement.Call My G reading
Sixth-day humanity and the later formation of Eth-ha-Adam are distinct but equal. Scripture then follows Adam’s lineage because it leads to Christ, not because it establishes human rank.

GENESIS 1:26-27 - KJV 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness... 27 So God created man in his own image... male and female created he them. NOTE: The plural speech and sixth-day creation are explicit. The identity of the audience and the distinction from Eth-ha-Adam require the wider Scripture trail.
Death, judgment, and purgatory
Catholic teaching
The soul survives death and receives particular judgment. Some destined for heaven undergo final purification; this is distinct from the punishment of the damned.

The conscious dead are separated across the gulf. The Lord’s Day supplies the appointed period of teaching and reconciliation; Call My G does not locate a separate purgatorial purification in the cited passages.

NOTE: Both men remain conscious and recognizable after death, while the fixed gulf preserves a real separation.
Resurrection
Catholic teaching
All the dead will rise with their own bodies, transformed and reunited with their souls at Christ’s return.

Vatican Catechism — Resurrection of the bodyLinked to verify the tradition’s own position, not as a Call My G teaching endorsement.Call My G reading
The same continuing individual is raised incorruptible, but Paul’s ‘spiritual body’ and the exclusion of flesh and blood control how that embodiment is described.

NOTE: Paul joins resurrection, spiritual embodiment, and the last trumpet. Call My G uses that sequence to test every gathering theory.
Antichrist and Christ’s return
Catholic teaching
The Church must pass through a final trial and religious deception associated with Antichrist before Christ’s victory. Catholic doctrine does not require a pre-tribulation secret rapture.

The Millennium
Catholic teaching
The Church rejects political or secularized millenarian claims and usually reads Revelation 20 through Christ’s present reign and the final consummation.

Fairness and claim status
Insider review is still pending.
This is a working comparison assembled from the tradition’s own published teaching. A knowledgeable insider is invited to correct any unfair summary. Correction strengthens the bridge by making Call My G answer the strongest accurate form of the other position.
The denominational descriptions are summaries. Call My G’s cross-passage positions remain identified as conclusions or foundational synthesis unless the cited passage states the proposition explicitly.
Source boundary
Official denominational pages are linked only so readers can verify that tradition’s position in its own words. Call My G does not endorse those sources as teaching authorities. Its affirmative study recommendations remain limited to Scripture, Shepherd’s Chapel, and selected Shepherd’s Chapel videos.
